Charlie Puth tells Entertainment Tonight that he turned down an American Idol judging job because his life got crazy. ”The schedule got too overwhelming. It’s nothing to do with [the network] … ABC is wonderful and I told them I would love to be in business with them in the future. [I was in talks] and then things in my life got crazy. I can’t wait to watch it. It’s a huge honor that they asked me. The fact that they would even ask me to be a part of it is just beyond flattering because it’s a show I grew up watching and I know it’s going to be amazing without me.”

The Blast claims Dave Matthews’ winery has been evacuated because of the Napa, California wildfires. The Francis Ford Coppola Winery has also been closed

Bruno Mars was recently performing in Boston when fans sang Happy Birthday to him at the end of his show. He turned 32 on Sunday.

Gossip Ireland, citing Grazia magazine, claims Niall Horan and actress Lily Collins are growing close. A source tells the sites; “It’s very early days, but there’s a huge spark. Lily turned up with a friend to a gig he played at The Troubadour in LA and she was all over him after the set. Niall couldn’t wipe the smile off his face: it was a really important night to him, and for her to be there was very special. “Lily is worried about dating Niall because obviously the relationship would be high-profile and he has a huge fanbase. They’re waiting to go public, but she looked positively giddy about him at his gig and everyone could see the chemistry.”

Hollywoodlife.com claims Blake Shelton and Gwen Stefani may perform a new Christmas song off Gwen’s holiday CD on The Voice. A source tells the site: “Blake and Gwen are going to perform together, and they are going to perform their Christmas song during a future live episode of The Voice. They may even possibly wait to do it on the finale that will air about a week before Christmas itself. There is also some rumblings they may do the Macy’s Thanksgiving Parade but that isn’t as concrete as The Voice performance. They can’t wait to do it; they are really really excited about it.”

Cleveland.com claims Bon Jovi is dominating this year’s Rock and Roll Hall of Fame fan vote. As of last night, they were in first place with over 117,000 votes. Moody Blues was second followed by Dire Straits, The Cars and the Eurythmics

Richie Sambora tells Billboard magazine that he is open to performing with Bon Jovi if they get inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame. ”Sure. Of course, why not? There’s not a lot of malice there, you know. I mean, there’s just — it was just time for me to leave at that point. So yeah, of course.”

He says he would request they play ”Living on a Prayer”. “Livin’ on a Prayer” would have to be one. “Prayer” is a song that has lived through the ages. It’s one of those songs that means more today than when we wrote it. When you’re a songwriter and you hit that note when everybody relates to it, and it becomes a part of humanity, for God’s sake… And you know, “Wanted Dead or Alive,” obviously. With the Rock Hall, you have to almost sum up your life in three songs or so. That’s a really tough thing to do, something that the band would decide on.”
