Adam Levine tells Entertainment Tonight that Joe Jonas will mentor his singers on The Voice. “It was purely shallow. He’s a beautiful man. He’s very…you’re very mellow, which is good, ’cause it kind of balances me out. Because I’m kind of [whistles]. He offers good advice, and very sound advice. I trust his opinion, because I’m a fan of him. Whenever you can trust that someone’s going to help out these kids, that’s what you want in a mentor to help you. And trust me, I’ve worked with people I didn’t necessarily know as well, and it hasn’t been as good, ’cause you have to have kind of chemistry.”
The Weeknd tells Footwear News that his new Puma high top sneakers will cost $220. “We’ve been working with Puma for almost a year, and everyone is more than ready to get the sneakers out. I want to see [Barack] Obama wearing it.”

Coldplay was recently performing in New England when Chris Martin made jokes about Deflategate and Tom Brady being 40 years old.
Vanyaland.com quotes Chris as saying: “I don’t know what he’s really up to back there, but there was some crazy stuff going on with the candles. Back there, he has gray hair, he has a cane. Then he just puts all this makeup on, comes out here, and looks like a demigod. But back there, he’s just an ugly old man. So happy birthday, Tom.”
TwinCities.com claims Shawn Mendes was recently performing in Minneapolis when he covered Ed Sheeran’s ”Castle on the Hill”.
Shawn Mendes tells People magazine that John Mayer is his BFF. ”Performing with Mayer was obviously incredible. As a person I really relate to him and I think he’s awesome. He’s a dude I can call — for him to be like, ‘Hey man, how’s life? You’re gonna be fine.’ And my anxiety levels down to a one instead of a 55. That’s something that’s really nice. It’s cool to be able to see someone like him be so creatively inspired after so many albums and after so much touring. It gets me so excited to know that I can always be this pumped up — and you only get better, because Mayer has only got better.
Hollywoodlife.com claims Blake Shelton and Gwen Stefani may stay together forever. A source tells the site: “Blake and Gwen love each other and they have so much in common with each other. They laugh all the time and they are pretty much perfect for each other. So, when others bring up the topic of marriage and engagements to them, it’s not really too important to them. Gwen and Blake think that they already have it made and they don’t feel like a piece of paper will enhance that in any way. This is not to say that they will never get married. But, it’s just the thought process they usually find themselves in when it’s brought up.” Hopefully Gwen and Blake will treat us to and epic proposal, one day.

Everybody’s entitled to like and believe what they want but when we’ve had this discussion many, many times it was always a no WH. All know. Arranged photo op against what we’ve all stood for up until 2 years ago (when) Jon changed radically… And then on top of it the stories that have stemmed from their visit say JOURNEY was there. Like I don’t exist. I brought all these guys in.”
Lead singer Arnel Pineda tweeted; “Just so you know. I have no problem being an #expendable #entity. Nothing’s #permanent in this world. Constant change’s our #bestfriend.”
